Secondo le norme vigenti del Codice della Strada, è previsto l'Obbligo di fermarsi in caso di incidente con animale ed è prevista l'equiparazione dello stato di necessità di trasporto di un animale ferito, come per una persona.

 

Facendo chiarezza, secondo tale decreto va considerato stato di necessità quando un animale presenta questi sintomi riferibili a stati patologici: trauma grave o malattia con compromissione di una o più funzioni vitali che provocano l'impossibilità di spostarsi autonomamente senza sofferenza, presenza di ferite aperte, emorragie, prolasso, alterazione delle stato di coscienza e convulsioni, alterazioni gravi del ritmo cardiaco o respiratorio.

 

Il passo avanti è stato riuscire ad inserire la presenza di ambulanze dedicate, con apposita strumentazione, e con la possibilità in tutto e per tutto di trasporti rapidi tramite lampeggiante, ma anche il riconoscimento del privato cittadino che porta un animale incidentato in ambulatorio veterinario.

 

Tale decreto, pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n.217 , va a modificare anche il codice penale n. 544 (uccisione di animali).

 

Si ricorda infatti che l'articolo 544 prevede che anche la sola omissione di azione è penalmente perseguibile, in quanto anche l'abbandono dell'animale ne provoca la morte per mancanza di cure e denutrizione.

 

Con l'entrata in vigore della legge 120/2010 e il suo decreto attuativo, di cui vi parlavo prima, che si riferisce all'obbligo di soccorso di animali feriti o coinvolti in incidenti, tale principio trova ulteriore applicazione.

 

Infatti, tale garanzia prevede una posizione di garanzia del conducente del veicolo coinvolto in un sinistro stradale nei confronti dell'animale coinvolto e ferito nell'incidente.

Per spiegarla più semplicemente, in caso di omissione di soccorso si risponderà non solo della violazione amministrativa prevista dalla norma, m anche dell'articolo 544 c.p. in caso di morte dell'animale e si dimostri che il suo mancato intervento sia causa ricollegabile all'evento morte.

 

Un piccolo passo in avanti insomma, per i diritti degli animali, nella speranza che tanti altri passi si possano fare nell'immediato futuro.

Ha raggiunto quota ventimila firme la petizione promossa dall' Enpa Ente Nazionale Protezione Animali sulla piattaforma www.change.org per il via libera ai farmaci veterinari generici.

 

Mancano ancora poche firme al raggiungimento della quota venticinquemila, firmala anche tu!

 

A tale raggiungimento la Protezione Animali consegnerà l'intero dossier al Ministero della Salute.

Se la richiesta viene accolta, anche i veterinari, come già avviene per i medici umani, dovranno indicare sulla ricetta il principio attivo del farmaco prescritto.

 

L'attuale normativa prevede infatti che il nostro pet non possa usare farmaci generici per uso umano, se esiste l'equivalente di marca per uso veterinario. Paradosso senza senso, quando a noi quasi obbligano ad utilizzare quelli che costano meno.

Vi siete chiesti il motivo? ve lo spiego in due parole, i farmaci del nostri animali li dobbiamo pagare totalmente noi, non esiste mutua assistenza, e quindi lo stato preferisce farli pagare di più.

Questo non è giusto!

 

Durante un'intervista il rappresentate Enpa delegato ha fornito alcuni dati, che io vi riporto per renderli pubblici anche a voi.

Sono stati presi ad esempio alcuni farmaci per calcolare il differenziale tra quello veterinario e il generico per uso umano.

Nel caso del fenobarbitale ad esempio si passa da 5 euro per la versione umana ai 40 per quella veterinaria. La ranitidina invece è misteriosamente lievitata da 8,59 a 16 euro, e i costi aumentano ovviamente se la terapia si protrae nel tempo.

 

La cura dei nostri amici animali non deve essere un lusso, ma a portata di tutti!

#Bacheca Pelosa# Sisma in Emilia, anche l'ENPA è sul campo

 

 

 

 

 

La macchina dei soccorsi è partita immediatamente, non solo per gli umani ma anche per assistere gli animali nei paesi Emiliani così fortemente colpiti.

Guardie Zoofile e volontari Enpa sono stati impegnati per oltre trecento ore per recuperare  e mettere in sicurezza gli animali. Un Grazie di Cuore anche a loro per il loro aiuto ! Grazie !

 

Trecento ore di servizio e più di centotrenta animali recuperati. Questo è il bilancio dell'intervento dell'Enpa in Emilia, nelle zone colpite dalle scosse del maggio e giugno scorso.

Organizzata in tempi record con una vera e propria mobilitazione, l'operazione di soccorso è scattata immediatamente nelle ore successive al sisma, quando gli aiuti della Protezione Animali hanno iniziato ad affluire presso la base operativa di San Felice Sul Panaro, da dove sono stati distibuiti su tutto il territorio interessato.

Sul posto era presente anche Isotta, l'unità mobile dell'Enpa per gli animali coinvolti in varie emergenze, impegnata non solo nelle attivià di soccorso, recupero e messa in sicurezza dei pet, ma anche nell'attivià logistica di smistamento dei materiali e generi di prima necessità tra le varie località interessate dal terremoto.

 

Le principali criticità affrontate da parte dei volontari hanno riguardato sia la messa in sicurezza degli animali feriti e il recupero di quelli rimasti intrappolati all'interno delle loro abitazioni o fuggiti sul territorio dopo le scosse, sia lo smistamento dei pet tra canili, gattili e rifugi ancora agibili.

 

Sono stati allestiti veri e propri rifugi mobili all'esterno delle tendopoli, dove gli animali non sempre venivano ammessi, ed è stata allestita una vera e propria catena di solidarietà per trovare un affido temporaneo a tutti gli animali rimasti senza casa.

 

Quello che posso aggiungere personalmente, è che sono state molte le persone che per non separarsi dai loro amici pelosi, se non venivano ammessi nelle tendopoli si mobilitavano per creare loro stessi delle tendopoli private, posizionate nei giardini o nei terreni all'aperto, oppure trovando rifugio in camper e roulotte.

 

All'interno delle strutture di accoglienza che permettevano l'accesso agli animali, i volontari hanno censito più di cento pelosi, e si sono impegnati ad offrire supporto per la convivenza tra animali e umani in ambienti ristretti, mettendo a disposizione anche un servizio di supporto psicologico fornito da veterinari, finalizzato sia ad ottimizzare la coabitazione reciproca, sia ad alleviare lo stress degli animali, che anche loro, come i proprietari, hanno mostrato stati emotivi di stress e paura causati dall'esperienza vissuta.

 

 

Voglio concludere l'articolo dandovi dei numeri, comunicati da fonti certe e sicure, di quanto è stato fatto.

 

Alle popolazioni e alle strutture di ricovero colpite dal sisma, l'Enpa ha distribuito complessivamente 22,5 tonnellate di pet food, 46 cucce per cani, 8 degenze per felini, 70 trasportini per gatti, cibo per furetti ed uccelli.

E ancora, voliere, dispositivi veterinari e materiale per allestire rifugi mobili.

 

Sul territorio si sono alternati volontari, veterinari e guardie zoofile anche dai distretti di Bologna, Caserta, Firenze, Genova, Meldola, Milano, Parma, Pesaro, Reggio Emilia e Siena che hanno espletato complessivamente oltre tremila ore di servizio e sono stati impegnati in più di trecento interventi di soccorso, di recupero e di assistenza agli animali.

 

 

Mi unisco, sperando che mi facciate compagnia anche voi, alle tante migliaia di persone che già lo hanno fatto, nel ringraziare e nel complimentarmi con le sezioni Enpa che hanno mobilitato tempestivamente tutte le loro risorse umane, professionali e di accoglienza, per aiutare tutti gli animali in difficoltà, garantendo soccorso e aiuti ai pet e ai loro padroni, e trovando alloggi temporanei a chi è rimasto senza casa.

 

Un grazie di vero cuore anche ai tantissimi volontari che si sono recati sul campo, e a tutti voi che, aiutando con donazioni e aiuti materiali, avete contribuito a rendere possibile tutto questo.

#Bacheca Pelosa# Non vogliamo un altro Green Hill, lo stato Deve Pensarci!

Buongiorno Ragazze!

Oggi non parliamo di makeup, ma apro con voi e a voi una nuova rubrica qui sulla mia pagina, la Bacheca Pelosa.

 

 

Come sapete, condivido con voi l'amore per i miei e tutti gli altri Pelosi, i miei in particolare lo ammetto sono i miei bimbi, ma sono sempre attenta a tutti e a tutto quello che succede nel mondo dei Pet.

Mi piacerebbe che questa nuova rubrica fosse anche la vostra, dove si può parlare liberamente del nostro comune amore.

Oggi per prima cosa voglio trattare un argomento che tutte conosciamo, il caso Green Hill.

Tutte siamo rabbrividite davanti a quello che è successo, ci siamo mosse e abbiamo lottato fino a quando abbiamo salvato tutti quei piccoli cucciolotti indifesi. Bravissime Ragazze, Bravissime a tutte voi, perché so che in un modo o nell'altro tutte avete contribuito, chi in prima persona, chi con aiuti e donazioni, chi anche solo con un like un tweet o una condivisone, che fanno sempre la differenza e condividendo una goccia diventa un mare. Brave a Tutte Quante !

Ma non è questo quello di cui voglio parlare oggi, ma dell'Occasione mancata della legge comunitaria.

Ora vi spiego bene di cosa si tratta, perché penso che la conoscenza sia la forza più grande che abbiamo, la nostra forza comune !

Come saprete era stata presentata alla camera dei deputati del nostro parlamento l'articolo 14, un articolo che recepiva in senso restrittivo la direttiva europea sulla sperimentazione animale.

La camera ha dato l'ok a questo articolo con grande maggioranza, ma non si sa per quale motivo il Senato ha rinviato tale decisione a "data da destinarsi" .... e le lobby della sperimentazione se lo aspettavano, quindi non cambia niente, una tristezza infinita insomma, perché ci sono tanti, troppi Green Hill che non conosciamo e che sono ancora attivi.

Ammetto che, a mio parere questo articolo 14 non era quello che speravo ma era un passo avanti, perché prevedeva almeno l'obbligo di anestesia, promuoveva il ricorso a metodi alternativi, prevedeva un piano sanzionario più congruo dell'attuale. Soprattutto, vietava l'allevamento di cani, gatti e  primati non umani per la sperimentazione animale.

Insomma, se il senato avesse approvato l'articolo 14 nel nostro paese non ci sarebbero più stati casi come Green Hill. Secondo le stime attuali l'86 % di italiani era favorevole a tale articolo, allora c'è da chiedersi, perché????

Perché non è stato approvato? I nostri  " politici " volevano arrivare a risultati maggiori, cosa che con i tempi attuali non avverranno mai, o hanno interesse a non fare approvare questo articolo ? Io me lo chiedo e mi sdegno, perché sono le stesse persone che dovrebbero governare il nostro paese.

Mi auguro che il nuovo governo prenda nuovamente in mano questo problema e riproponga una soluzione, io continuo a fare in modo che non venga dimenticato, non fatelo nemmeno voi.

Gli occhi di tutti quei cuccioli salvati lo chiedono molto chiaramente, aiutateci a non fare passare ad altri quello che abbiamo passato noi.

How good at all!

But this is not what I want to talk about today, but not the opportunity of Community law.
Let me explain well what it is, because I think that knowledge is the greatest power we have, our common strength!
As you know was presented to the Chamber of Deputies of our parliament to Article 14, which included an article strictly the European Directive on animal experiments.

The room has given the go ahead to this article with a large majority, but do not know why the Senate has postponed the decision to "date to" .... and the lobby of the trial expected it, so do not change anything, in short, an infinite sadness, because there are too many Green Hill who do not know and are still active.
I admit that, in my opinion, that Article 14 was not what I had hoped but it was a step forward, because it contained at least the obligation to anesthesia, promoting the use of alternative methods, provided a plan sanctionary more appropriate at present. Above all, prohibiting the breeding of dogs, cats and non-human primates for animal testing.
In short, if the Senate had approved Article 14 in our country there would be no more cases like Green Hill. According to current estimates, 86% of Italians were in favor of this article, then you have to wonder, why??

Why was not approved? Our "political" wanted to get more results, which will not happen with the current times ever, or have an interest not to approve this article? I ask myself and I disdain, because they are the same people who should govern our country.
