Ha raggiunto quota ventimila firme la petizione promossa dall' Enpa Ente Nazionale Protezione Animali sulla piattaforma www.change.org per il via libera ai farmaci veterinari generici.
Mancano ancora poche firme al raggiungimento della quota venticinquemila, firmala anche tu!
A tale raggiungimento la Protezione Animali consegnerà l'intero dossier al Ministero della Salute.
Se la richiesta viene accolta, anche i veterinari, come già avviene per i medici umani, dovranno indicare sulla ricetta il principio attivo del farmaco prescritto.
L'attuale normativa prevede infatti che il nostro pet non possa usare farmaci generici per uso umano, se esiste l'equivalente di marca per uso veterinario. Paradosso senza senso, quando a noi quasi obbligano ad utilizzare quelli che costano meno.
Vi siete chiesti il motivo? ve lo spiego in due parole, i farmaci del nostri animali li dobbiamo pagare totalmente noi, non esiste mutua assistenza, e quindi lo stato preferisce farli pagare di più.
Questo non è giusto!
Durante un'intervista il rappresentate Enpa delegato ha fornito alcuni dati, che io vi riporto per renderli pubblici anche a voi.
Sono stati presi ad esempio alcuni farmaci per calcolare il differenziale tra quello veterinario e il generico per uso umano.
Nel caso del fenobarbitale ad esempio si passa da 5 euro per la versione umana ai 40 per quella veterinaria. La ranitidina invece è misteriosamente lievitata da 8,59 a 16 euro, e i costi aumentano ovviamente se la terapia si protrae nel tempo.
La cura dei nostri amici animali non deve essere un lusso, ma a portata di tutti!

The current regulations provides that our pet can not use generic drugs for human use, if there is the equivalent brand-name products for veterinary use. Paradox without meaning, when we almost force you to use the ones that cost less.
Have you wondered why? I'll explain in a few words, the drugs of our animals will have to pay us completely, there is no mutual assistance, and therefore the state prefers to make them pay more.
