Beauty Tutorial. Cura del Viso in 3 Minuti - MATTINA

Buongiorno Ragazze!

 

Oggi ho deciso di scrivere questo post per parlare di un problema molto diffuso, che non credo insomma sia solo mio... avere poco tempo la mattina, dal momento del risveglio a quello di uscire di casa, ma volere essere ugualmente impeccabili.

 

Se anche voi condividete con me questo desiderio, allora ecco qui quali sono gli step fondamentali per preparare la pelle alla giornata, per avere una pelle luminosa e distesa, curata ed idratata, pronta ad affrontare le fatiche della giornata ...

 

Il tutto in soli 3 minuti, cronometrati!!!

 

Siamo sempre di fretta! La mattina l'orologio batte le lancette come se fosse il timer di una bomba innescata. Se pensiamo che il rituale beauty ci rubi minuti preziosi, in realtà è solo un problema di organizzazione.

Bastano davvero pochi secondi per garantirci una pelle bellissima giorno dopo giorno e preservare i nostro capitale di giovinezza.

 

Ecco gli step da seguire:

 

- Laviamo il viso con il detergente (usiamo un detergente veloce e da sciacquare con acqua) : 60 Secondi

 

- Applichiamo il Tonico (da applicare con le mani o con un dischetto di cotone in base al tipo di pelle) : 30 Secondi

 

- Applichiamo la Crema Contorno Occhi (al mattino è bene scegliere un contorno occhi illuminante, anti borse e anti occhiaie) : 30 Secondi

 

- Applichiamo poche gocce di Siero sul viso (al mattino scegliere un siero idratante, o un siero antimacchia se la pelle lo richiede) : 20 Secondi

 

- Stendiamo la Crema Viso (picchiettiamola leggermente sul viso per favorire l'assorbimento e risvegliare la microcircolazione) 20 Secondi

 

-  Attendiamo che la crema asciughi prima di applicare il trucco (per garantirne una buona tenuta) : 50 Secondi

 

Totale 210 Secondi = 3 minuti esatti!!!

 

Ora decidiamo se procedere con una crema colorata leggera, o una passata di fondotinta o un trucco giorno completo, ma qualunque sia la nostra scelta, la pelle è pronta a riceverla e a passare con noi una giornata piena di impegni fino a sera.

 

Bene ragazze, scommetto che ho impiegato più tempo io a spiegare che voi a prendervi cura del vostro viso, e tutto in solo 3 minuti di orologio.

Da domattina non ci sono più scuse, si esce di casa con la pelle del viso perfettamente curata!

If we think that the ritual beauty we steal precious minutes, it's really just a matter of organization.It takes a few seconds to secure a really beautiful skin day after day and preserve our capital of youth.Here are the steps to follow:- We wash your face with cleanser (use a mild detergent and rinse quickly with water): 60 Seconds- Apply the tonic (to be applied by hand or with a cotton pad according to your skin type): 30 seconds- Apply the Eye Contour Cream (in the morning is good to choose a eye brightening, anti anti dark circles and bags): 30 seconds- Apply a few drops of serum on the face (in the morning choose a hydrating serum, or serum stain if your skin requires it): 20 Seconds- Roll out the Face Cream (with little touches slightly on the face to enhance the absorption and awaken the microcirculation) 20 Seconds
